Senior Project CPM Scheduler (Full-Time, Remote) Location: Houston, TX – Remote (Applicants must reside within 50 miles of Harris County) Please note: We kindly ask not to be contacted by recruiters or third-party agencies. We are seeking a Senior Project Scheduler with a minimum of 20 years of experience in construction and infrastructure scheduling utilizing the Critical Path Method. Requirements Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or other scheduling tools. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish realistic timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, forecasts, and recovery plans as needed. Identify critical paths, potential delays, and schedule risks; recommend mitigation strategies. Coordinate baseline schedules, updates, and progress reports with internal and external teams. Review contractor schedules for logic, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements. Support earned value management (EVM) reporting, cash flow forecasting, and performance analysis. Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for project leadership and client presentations. Maintain accurate documentation of schedule assumptions, changes, and updates. Preferred Experience Experience with Sage , Primavera P6 , capital improvement , aviation , and general contracting projects is a strong plus but not required. Types of Projects You May Support Aviation Transportation Transit Capital Improvement Requirements Minimum 20 years of professional experience in project scheduling or construction project controls. Pro with Primavera P6 (required) and familiarity with scheduling best practices and methodologies. In-depth understanding of project life cycles, cost/schedule integration, and resource management. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to pass all background and client security clearances. Certifications (Preferred) PMP (strongly preferred) PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent scheduling certification CMAA, CCP, or other related credentials Education Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management , Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Schedule Full-time, remote position based in the Houston area . Must reside within 50 miles of Harris County, TX . <> Occasional travel may be required for client or project meetings.
