Personal Training Director

We are an innovative health club looking for a dynamic Personal Training Director to manage our program and assist clients in reaching their fitness objectives. We are seeking an individual who is looking to take their coaching career to the next level as our Personal Training Manager. If you have the needed experience and a passion for fitness, we are looking for you!Responsibilities:Manage, train & develop personal training staff.Maintain records and provide feedback for personal training staff.Monitor personal trainer certifications to ensure all are current.Track member satisfactionEducate personal training staff to the highest level to obtain goals and drive sales.Perform duties of a Personal Trainer including training clientsProvide gym tours for new and prospective gym members.Ensure PTs are scheduling clients, properly servicing them, recording notes in the system as required.Follow up with and manage leads.report monthly participation and performance statistics to the GMMarket and promote group fitness inside and outside club's membership baseCollaborate with colleagues in the spirit of outstanding customer service, collaboration, and communicationAttends staff meetings and any other meetings as requiredSell additional gym programs to members and work with membership coordinators to assess a member's historySupport the Front desk and floorAssist with maintenance of facilityTrain PT clientsQUALIFICATIONSCurrent nationally recognized personal training certification: NASM, ACE, AFAA, or ACSM, CFSC, NSCAAt least 3 years' experience working as a personal trainerAt least 2 years' experience as a managerCurrent CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications a plusSuperior customer service skillsHighly dependable and promptExcellent communication skillsAble to work varied shifts, including days and eveningsAble to motivate and inspire clientsMust be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, and bend for the duration of a shiftMust enjoy working in a team environmentExperience as a group exercise instructor/manager a plusCompensation: Salary+ Commission + Bonus= $60k-$98k #J-18808-Ljbffr Fitometry Health Club
