Inside Sales Representative II

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Implement sales strategies and manage pricing for assigned market area
- Research market trends and maintain accurate sales reporting
- Leverage cross-functional resources to meet customer needs and sales objectives
- Communicate product value propositions and customer solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Sales or laboratory experience preferred
- Science, biology, chemistry, or related field of study preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical and scientific concepts
- Willing to travel 10-20% for customer meetings and training
