- You will participate in projects aimed at enhancing credit risk systems or addressing audit/self-identified issues, collaborating internationally with stakeholders from APAC, US, and Japan.
- You will manage 2-3 direct reports, ensuring their motivation, training needs, succession planning, and performance reviews are up-to-date.
- You will act as deputy for Head of FIG Credit EMEA during risk committees, regulator interactions, or when coverage is required.
- You will promote development of internal systems, procedures, controls, and ensure compliance requirements are met by your team.
- You will maintain strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders to share best practices and support the One MUFG strategy.
