The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all HR responsibilities within the organization, reporting directly to the CEO. This position has a balanced focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations and engagement, and comprehensive human resources functions. The HR Manager supports organizational growth through effective policy implementation, conflict resolution, and fostering a productive work environment. Occasional travel may be required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to attract top candidates
- Manage employee relations to promote engagement and resolve conflicts
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Produce and analyze HR reports for strategic decision-making
- Manage compensation and benefits administration
- Drive organizational development initiatives to support growth
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in employee relations and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance
- Experience in performance management and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in human resources management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
