Specialty Collections Representative

About the Job:The Specialty Collections Representative is responsible for managing the submission and collections for all portal and summary invoices. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring timely and efficient recovery of funds. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit management, commercial collection practices, and corporate finance processes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the processing of billing in the accounting system, including editing of proformas, adjustments to unbilled time and disbursements, and preparation of invoices.Ensure completed billing is returned to attorneys/secretaries within the established timeframe.Monitor billing received from billing attorneysProcess special billing as necessary and required.Answer inquiries from attorneys and secretaries regarding billing, client accounts, and time entry.Assist with month end closing.Utilize strong problem-solving skills, particularly utilizing logical thinking and mathematical abilities.Maintain a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Utilize Microsoft Excel and other billing software to perform duties.Participate in other projects as assigned by the managerWhy Join Us:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity for career growth and developmentHands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive work environmentBe part of a company committed to environmental sustainability and innovationAt Ironclad Environmental Solutions, you can build a rewarding career and provide exceptional service in the process.
