Operations ManagerA leading law firm is seeking an Operations Manager for its Nashville, TN office. This role provides organized, functional administrative operations to efficiently serve all employees in a safe, clean, and pleasant first-class office environment. The Operations Manager will develop budgets, review and approve facilities-related invoices, and monitor spending across various budget categories, while overseeing a third-party facilities management vendor. Responsibilities include space planning and construction/renovation support, maintaining floor plans and building drawings, managing supplies, and providing input on lease compliance. The role also covers mail, courier, and fax services, building and parking access, local transportation coordination, new hire office setup, visitor offices, internal moves, catering and kitchen upkeep, records and file storage management, confidential document destruction, and oversight of client services and reception. The Operations Manager also leads facilities and operations orientations for new hires. Candidates should have a BA/BS and 7–10 years of progressive experience in facilities management or a related field, ideally within a large professional services or law firm environment. Experience with CAD drawing applications, space management reporting, strong Microsoft Office skills, and project management experience are required. The expected salary range is $85,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
