The Opportunity We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy professional to join our hospitality procurement team as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist (OS&E) . You’ll play a central role in sourcing and delivering the operating supplies and equipment that keep our properties running flawlessly. From negotiating contracts to identifying new suppliers, you’ll ensure we deliver exceptional value, quality, and reliability—every time. What You’ll Do Lead procurement strategies that deliver measurable cost savings, operational efficiencies, and competitive advantages. Manage the end-to-end vendor selection process: from RFP/RFQ issuance and bid evaluation to contract negotiation and onboarding. Maintain and enhance pricing databases and procurement records for accurate, real-time financial tracking. Stay ahead of market trends to identify new suppliers, innovative products, and process improvements. Build strong, mutually beneficial supplier relationships to ensure service quality, compliance, and value. Analyze procurement spend to uncover cost-saving opportunities and strategic improvements. Partner with internal teams to deliver sourcing solutions that meet business goals while enhancing the guest experience. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, driving continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of OS&E sourcing experience in hospitality or procurement. Proven success in procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization. Strong analytical ability with a track record of using data to drive decisions. Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management. Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software tools.
