Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups via telehealth platforms, utilizing best practices in a virtual setting. \n Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs. \n Facilitate regular follow-up consultations to monitor progress, adapt strategies, and provide ongoing support and encouragement. \n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for clients. \n Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations. \n Continuously engage in professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest counseling techniques and emerging trends in mental health. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds facing a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and life transitions. Qualifications\n \n Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and counseling. \n Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely. \n Strong analytical skills to evaluate client progress and develop effective therapeutic interventions. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in telehealth counseling or familiarity with virtual therapy tools and practices. \n Proficiency in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and with various mental health issues. \n Prior experience in collaborative treatment settings is highly desirable. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting experience and caseload availability.
