In the role of Analytical Microbiological Specialist working in Fort Worth, Texas, you will be part of the Quality Department in Brewery Operations. You will perform a variety of basic microbiological or chemical and physical analyses on products, raw materials, in-process materials per Molson Coors quality system requirements. This position reports to the Quality Process Lab Manager and works closely with Brewing & Packaging Operational Teams.

What You'll Be Brewing:

• Performs, interprets and evaluates chemical and microbiological analyses
• Develops, trends and summarizes analytical and microbiological information
• Monitors, calibrates and maintains laboratory equipment and ensures appropriate levels of quality supplies
• Facilitates quality improvement and problem solving

Key Ingredients:

• Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
• Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
• You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
• A Bachelor's degree in a science related field of study or extensive micro laboratory/brewing experience (Preferred degrees in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cereal Science, Microbiology, Food Science, Agronomy, and Chemical Engineering) and/or 1+ years experience in quality related processes
• You have knowledge of the principles and techniques of microbiology and chemistry
• You exhibit knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrument maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting
• You have working knowledge of statistical methods and computer skills
• You are able to work a rotational shift and weekends as they come up

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings $58,700.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
