Job Title: Prep Cook

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Are you passionate about food and eager to learn in a supportive, team-oriented environment?

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep Cook to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and supporting our cooks to ensure smooth operations during service. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves food and is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients, such as washing, chopping, and portioning vegetables, meats, and other food items.
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent food quality.
• Assist with cooking simple dishes when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet service demands.

Qualifications Required:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Ability to follow directions and recipes accurately.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of the kitchen.

Preferred:

• Previous kitchen or prep cook experience (not required—we're happy to train the right candidate!).
