CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST Per Diem

Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) Employer: Universal Health Services Location: Corona, CA Job Type: Per Diem Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior CLS / Supervisor, the CLS assists in the operation of the Laboratory by performing specialized tasks involving medical laboratory testing. The position performs and reports results of tests and assumes responsibility for accuracy. The CLS assists in training and orientation of new technologists, directs work of laboratory assistants and auxiliary personnel, maintains working knowledge of departmental SOPs, and understands and complies with all quality control policies. The CLS participates in performing the mission of Corona Regional Medical Center and demonstrates behavior consistent with the core values, supporting the strategic plan and performance improvement goals. Qualifications Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required.
