The Senior Project Manager will provide overall direction and leadership and owns project outcomes for significantly complex projects and/or multiple projects. This position will fully implement and manage the operation, profitability and administration of projects. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of Summit Line.

This is a traveling role (75%+) supporting Data Center projects throughout the Western Region.

Key role responsibilities include leading all aspects of the company's safety culture, managing the Summit Line prestart checklist form, supporting the preconstruction team, leading plan and implementation of buyout schedule, managing the submittal schedule setup, coordinating with Logistics to obtain pricing on materials and equipment, conferring with risk management to ensure approval and/or bonding requirements for subcontractors, coordinating the various stakeholders of the project, disseminating change requests to subcontractors, preparing, submitting and obtaining owner/architect approval for change requests, leading various meetings, completing monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process, preparing project schedule with the Project Superintendent, identifying potential schedule impacts, providing appropriate written documentation for decisions affecting various aspects of the project, providing a variety of regular reporting and analysis to project team(s), preparing monthly cost and margin forecast, leading overall project closeout process, and interfacing with region/company legal counsel as appropriate.

In addition, this position will be responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of the project-specific safety plan, understanding the preconstruction process, completing estimating and productivity analysis, leading or providing support to senior management for preconstruction discussions with clients, overseeing project team during development of preconstruction estimates, identifying, understanding and actively managing project risks, assisting with the development and management of the project business plan, implementing and managing components of the operation and administration of complex and/or multiple construction projects, utilizing awareness, experience and knowledge to identify problems and recommending solutions, managing deliverables provided by a variety of internal resources and functions, engaging in business, industry and community activities to build and strengthen external relationships, reviewing and approving expense reports, negotiating project issues including change orders, contingency expenditures and appropriate fee enhancements, completing scope review and bid analysis, collaborating with marketing team on related presentations and marketing activities, leading, supporting and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion within Summit Line.
