Role Overview The Senior Account Manager on Made by Google social is a client-facing role, leading both client and internal teams through social creative development projects. You will understand client objectives, identify challenges, and guide projects strategically, focusing on social content for a high-profile tech client. Responsibilities Collaborate effectively with internal teams. Maintain strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Operate in a fast-paced, flexible, and empathetic manner. Participate in client meetings, project kickoffs, and scope management. Partner with project management for operational excellence. Understand and grow knowledge of the client's business and social media best practices. Serve as day-to-day client contact. Guide understanding of client goals relative to projects. Identify opportunities for growth and scope expansion. Qualifications Previous experience with organic and paid social media, awareness of social trends, platforms, and publishing systems.
