Role Overview

As our Accounts Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial processes streamlined and accurate. You'll manage vendor payments, assist with financial record-keeping, and help ensure our accounting practices comply with current standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of vendor payments and financial obligations.
• Monitor deadlines for tax obligations and ensure timely payments.
• Process, record, and verify the accuracy of all invoices.
• Manage company credit card expenditures and payments.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to support accounting audits and compliance.
• Prepare and send out tax documents efficiently.
• Research and manage new vendor accounts, ensuring thorough documentation.

What You'll Need
