Automotive Service AdvisorThe Automotive Service Advisor at Findlay Mazda Henderson is a full-time, commission-only customer service role that is vital to the success of the dealership. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, the Service Advisor presents the image and reputation of Findlay Mazda with professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.This is a commission only position, with on-target earnings expected to be up to $50,000 per year in addition to a complete benefits package. This includes medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as vacation time.Responsibilities:Greet customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitudeListen actively and respond to customer questions and inquiriesProvide thorough descriptions of service opportunities and answer related questionsAssess needs for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenanceWrite a detailed estimate of service repair cost and timeSchedule appointments and prepare service ordersMaintain accurate records of all transactionsReview billing statements for accuracyEnsure that work is complete and customer is completely satisfiedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior automotive service advisor experience, preferredPossess strong organizational and time management skillsOutstanding customer service and communication skillsExceptional problem solving and multi-tasking abilitiesProficient with computers and various software programsFindlay Mazda Henderson is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to open and fair hiring practices that support diversity and respect for all applicants and employees.
