Hiring: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Midland, TX – Onsite
⏳ Duration: 6+ Months

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician with strong hands-on experience supporting end users, hardware, and IT infrastructure.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• 2nd-level desktop support & troubleshooting
• Hardware break/fix, repairs & upgrades
• PC staging, imaging, OS installation & configuration
• Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe & enterprise applications
• Laptop onboarding/offboarding & asset tracking
• Network refresh & smart-hands support
• Printers, AV equipment, scanners & digital signage
• Autopilot / SRSS experience preferred
• Mobile device & field connectivity support
• OEM/vendor coordination
• IT hardware disposal, data wiping & inventory management
• Support for network, server, UPS and field connectivity infrastructure
