ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Tage Wright - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of three. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted the opportunity to work closely with people, build meaningful relationships, and help families protect what matters most to them. I earned my master’s degree in Education from UConn and am a proud parent of three teenagers who keep our family busy with baseball, theater, and school sports. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active through fitness and working out.

Supporting our local community is important to us. Our agency proudly sponsors area sports teams as well as the local theater program, allowing us to support many of the activities and organizations that bring families in our community together.
