Quality Assurance Specialist (QA)The Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) is responsible for ensuring Nan & Company Properties maintains high standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. This role supports agents through compliance oversight, training, and transaction coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesComplianceEnsure compliance with TREC regulations and company policies.Review transaction files for accuracy and completeness.Enforce internal document submission and approval processes.Communicate compliance updates and documentation requirements to agents.TrainingHost weekly company-wide training sessionsCreate/Maintain training guides, templates, and checklists.QualificationsTexas Real Estate License preferred.Knowledge of TREC contracts and compliance.Experience with SkySlope, TransactionDesk, and ZipForms preferred.Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.Schedule & BenefitsMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligible after 60 days).401(k) with up to a 3% employer match (eligible after 60 days).Paid company holidays, including the employee's birthday.
