Titan CEO brings CEOs together through private events and roundtables. We also provide private, instructor-led groups for Titan CEO members. Held monthly or quarterly, our membership groups are designed to meet an executive's unique needs as a business leader by facilitating a curriculum that helps to build business valuation and tackle everyday business challenges. We offer a suite of resources including coaching, high-level networking and executive-level retreats. The Titan 100 is a program to recognize a premier group of 100 CEO’s and C-level executives in a region. Representing both the private and public sector, these leaders are Titans of industry who demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, passion, and influence in their field. The Titan 100 will be recognized at an awards event and will be given the opportunity to connect multiple times throughout the year with their fellow Titans. From private events to roundtables, this exclusive private group of Titans will be able to network and grow their professional connections. All Titan 100 designees will be published in the Titan 100 Book, profiled online with individual landing pages and recognized throughout the year in multiple platforms, venues, and organizations. Titan CEO is on the hunt for an exceptional Event Manager to help us run the show behind the scenes of one of the country’s most prestigious executive recognition programs: Titan 100. You’ll be the right-hand to our Program Director(s), helping bring the magic to life across multiple markets — from curating high-energy events to cultivating community with some of the top CEOs and C-level execs in the nation. A successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Passion for working with the CEO, C-level executive community. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales or events, or a similar role. Strong aptitude for learning and desire to grow. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications Must communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing Excellent command of written English and strong degree of attention to detail. Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing, organization, time management, and project management. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Desire to showcase exceptional customer service skills. Compensation: Our total compensation range for this role is $60,000–$80,000/year (including base salary AND performance-based components, such as bonuses and commission).
