- Organize and maintain a clean, bright, and efficient warehouse
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight
- Assemble furniture and assist with moving heavy merchandise
- Coordinate and manage delivery personnel
- Answer customer calls and provide friendly, professional service
- Diagnose furniture concerns and determine repair needs
- Order, receive, and track replacement parts
- Schedule and complete furniture repairs
- Able to safely lift and move heavy furniture
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable working with customers and staff
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn - on-the-job training is provided
- Furniture, warehouse, delivery, or repair experience is helpful but not required
- Work for a small family business that genuinely cares about its employees
- Enjoy a friendly, family-oriented workplace
- Work directly alongside ownership - not layers of corporate management
- Train in a clean, well-maintained warehouse
