Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities through community networking. Explain complex insurance terminology in a clear, accessible way to ensure clients feel confident in their coverage. Review existing client policies regularly to ensure their protection remains relevant as their lives evolve. Provide ongoing support to policyholders during the claims process or policy updates. Collaborate with our local team to share insights and improve our collective service to the community. Requirements Current Virginia Life and Health Insurance License. Strong comfort level with face-to-face client interactions and relationship building. Solid understanding of insurance products and regulatory standards. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding personal sales goals. Excellent organizational skills to manage a growing pipeline of prospects. Experience with digital documentation and agency management systems.
