Seeking an experienced, licensed insurance sales agent who is confident calling leads, building customer relationships, explaining coverage, and identifying appropriate opportunities to bundle personal insurance products.

The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, customer-focused, and comfortable managing a sales pipeline from the first call through the completed application. An active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license is required.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with new, aged, and existing leads.
• Manage leads through the agency’s CRM and follow-up process.
• Quote and sell eligible personal-lines insurance products.
• Identify opportunities to bundle auto, homeowners, condo, renters, and umbrella insurance.
• Explain coverage options, limits, deductibles, and policy features accurately.
• Handle customer questions and common sales objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer notes, applications, and follow-up tasks.
• Meet activity and production expectations established by management.

Requirements

• Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license.
• Previous insurance sales experience.
• Proven experience calling and following up with leads.
• Experience dealing directly with customers.
• Experience bundling and cross-selling insurance products.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Ability to work full time in our Broward County office.
