Deine Mission Als Account Executive für den deutschen Markt spielst du eine zentrale Rolle beim Ausbau der Präsenz von Aurora Live. Du baust deinen eigenen Kundenstamm von Grund auf auf und betreust den gesamten Sales Cycle – von der Akquise über den Abschluss bis hin zur langfristigen Kundenbindung. Nachdem du neue Kunden gewonnen hast, begleitest und entwickelst du diese weiter, damit sie den Mehrwert unserer exklusiven B2B‑Matchmaking–Plattform nachhaltig erleben. In deiner Rolle wirst du: Potenzielle Kunden identifizieren, qualifizieren und ansprechen, um eine starke Sales‑Pipeline aufzubauen und zu pflegen. Proaktiv per Telefon, E‑Mail und LinkedIn auf neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zugehen und wertvolle Gespräche initiieren. Durch gründliche Bedarfsanalysen die Herausforderungen deiner Kunden verstehen und passende Lösungen anbieten. Vertrauen und Glaubwürdigkeit aufbauen – durch Kompetenz, Verlässlichkeit und echte Kundenorientierung. Die volle Verantwortung für deine gewonnenen Accounts übernehmen – mit enger Betreuung und Fokus auf Zufriedenheit und Erfolg. Als strategischer Partner deiner Kunden agieren und gemeinsam langfristige Kooperationen aufbauen. Eng mit internen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um Ziele abzustimmen, Erkenntnisse zu teilen und höchste Servicequalität zu gewährleisten. Markttrends verfolgen und dein Wissen kontinuierlich erweitern, um Kundenbedürfnisse optimal zu verstehen. Was du mitbringst Nachweisliche Erfolge im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in den Bereichen Tech, SaaS oder Professional Services. Eine proaktive, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und den Wunsch, in einem internationalen Umfeld zu wachsen. Die Fähigkeit, Vertrauen, Glaubwürdigkeit und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch .
