Primary Care Physician

The Primary Care Physician provides equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in neighborhood clinics. They focus on delivering high-quality care, preventive medicine, and managing patient outcomes within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, prescribing treatments, maintaining electronic medical records, and collaborating with leadership and care teams. They may also oversee clinic operations and ensure health quality goals are met. Qualifications & Skills M.D. or D.O. board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine possess an active unrestricted medical license and DEA license have US work authorization Geriatrics fellowship experience with older populations value-based care outpatient settings bilingual skills Key Duties Diagnose and treat patients Prescribe medications Manage care teams Collaborate with leadership Ensure quality outcomes The role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences in a full-time capacity with comprehensive benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association
