Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Night Auditor with strong administrative and problem-solving skills to join the team. As a Night Auditor, you'll do more than balance daily financial transactions and ensure a smooth overnight operationyou'll provide exceptional guest service, create a welcoming environment, and uphold Hilton's light and warmth of hospitality throughout the night.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• Open availability with the ability to work overnight shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to effectively communicate with English language-speaking guests.
• A minimum of 1 year of previous Front Desk experience within the hospitality industry.
• Most importantly, a genuine heart for hospitality and the ability to provide exceptional guest service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

As a Night Auditor , you're not just overseeing overnight financial audits and reconciliations you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
• Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
