Qualifications:

• Current RBT Certification required
• Valid CPI Card (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
• Experience working with school-age children, K–12 preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability in dynamic educational settings

What You'll Do:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collect data and maintain accurate records for progress monitoring
• Support the social, academic, and emotional development of students
• Respond constructively to challenging behaviors
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff
• Uphold a safe, positive learning environment
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all relevant laws, policies, and codes of ethics
