Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Pay: $37,440 - $52,000 per year (based on experience)

About Woodhaven:
Woodhaven Residential Treatment Center provides compassionate care for individuals on their recovery journey. We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to support our finance department with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Job Overview:
The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. This role ensures accurate financial operations by processing payments, reconciling deposits, and supporting monthly reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions and maintain vendor records
Manage accounts receivable and apply payments accurately to accounts
Record and reconcile deposits to ensure financial accuracy
Maintain and update financial tracking spreadsheets
Analyze and generate reports on aging accounts receivable
Prepare monthly budget evaluation reports
Collaborate with Chief Accounting Officer to resolve accounting issues
Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred (not required)
2 years experience in accounting or finance preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Experience with accounting software preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
CPR certification required (company-sponsored)
