Cloud Reporting and Documentation Specialist
Location: Woodlawn, MD | Onsite 5 days/week| W2 Only
Interview: In-person interview required
Key Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience, including cloud billing, cost analysis, or cloud operations
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP billing and usage reporting
Experience reconciling cloud billing and usage data and identifying discrepancies
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, and/or ServiceNow
Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel
Ability to analyze cloud cost and usage data, identify anomalies, and communicate findings
Experience developing dashboards, reports, monthly billing summaries, and showback reporting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage recurring monthly deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder support skills
Preferred Experience:
FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization
CloudHealth, Apptio/Cloudability, or AWS Cost Explorer
Federal clients or compliance-driven environments
ServiceNow reporting or estimate collection workflows
User training materials and training delivery
Change management practices such as PROSCI/ADKAR
