Our partner is looking for a Strategic Program Manager based in United States.This role leads high-visibility enterprise customer programs from kickoff through successful delivery. You will own scope, schedules, budgets, quality, resourcing, and execution across multiple concurrent workstreams. The position sits at the intersection of customer leadership, technical delivery, implementation, sales, product, and executive teams. You will manage complex stakeholder environments while translating technical concepts into clear business outcomes. Success requires strong commercial awareness, disciplined program management, and the ability to navigate risks and escalations calmly. You will help strengthen customer relationships while ensuring enterprise software and services engagements deliver against agreed commitments.AccountabilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of assigned enterprise customer programs, from kickoff through completion.Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans across multiple concurrent engagements.Manage scope, budgets, burn rates, change orders, and commercial constraints to keep programs aligned with approved commitments.Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer stakeholders, ranging from technical leads to senior executive sponsors.Build trusted relationships within strategic accounts and conduct clear, consistent status reviews covering progress, risks, decisions, and value.Proactively manage customer expectations by communicating changes, trade-offs, dependencies, and risks transparently.Partner with Implementation, Support, Sales, Product, and other internal teams to align resources and resolve issues throughout the customer lifecycle.Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and lead resolution during high-priority or high-stakes escalations.Maintain accurate program documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, decisions, and action items.Provide regular program reporting to customers and internal leadership, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into delivery performance.Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and consistent delivery quality.Requirements8+ years of experience as a Program Manager delivering enterprise software implementations or comparable technology programs.Proven experience managing large, strategic enterprise programs with complex stakeholder structures and organizational dynamics.Strong technical acumen across infrastructure and identity concepts, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and translate technical information for business stakeholders.Solid understanding of enterprise technology service delivery, including scoping, statements of work, change orders, budgets, and commercial constraints.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs while balancing shifting priorities and competing demands.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain alignment and momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities.Ability to remain composed and effective during escalations, ambiguity, and high-pressure customer situations.Experience working in a lean, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.Must be based in the United States within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.Ability to travel periodically to customer sites.Open to either full-time employment or 1099 engagement.Consulting or professional-services experience delivering client engagements is preferred.Experience in identity security, identity governance, cybersecurity, or another compliance-driven software category is advantageous.PMP or another relevant program management certification is preferred.Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Jira is beneficial.Experience managing both SaaS and self-hosted deployments is a plus.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.BenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefits package.Fully remote or onsite work options, based on business and candidate needs.Opportunity to work with strategic enterprise customers and high-visibility technology programs.Collaborative environment involving implementation, technical, product, sales, and industry teams.Opportunity to contribute to the rapidly evolving identity security and enterprise technology space.Professional growth opportunities within a high-growth organization.Exposure to complex enterprise software delivery, customer strategy, and cross-functional program leadership.Flexible engagement structure with full-time and 1099 options available.Periodic travel opportunities to customer sites as required.
