- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk is a plus.
- Available to work weekends and occasional extended hours during peak seasons.
Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a growing FinTech company in Pittsburgh, PA. This individual will provide exceptional customer support across phone, email, chat, and ticketing channels while helping customers resolve gift card, payment, and account-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in both English and Spanish.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to accounts, orders, and gift cards.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns.
This role can pay $20-$24/hr
