We are hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk in Arlington, TX to join a growing accounting team. This role is responsible for processing high-volume invoices, performing three-way matching, reconciling vendor accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn while helping improve processes as the company transitions to Microsoft Dynamics. Daily responsibilities include reviewing invoices for accuracy and approvals, resolving discrepancies, maintaining vendor records, processing check runs and electronic payments, assisting with month-end activities, and supporting reporting and administrative functions. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience with a strong understanding of AP processes, invoice processing, and three-way matching

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and communication skills

• Experience working with ERP systems preferred, with Microsoft Dynamics experience highly preferred and the ability to learn new software quickly

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
