Join the home for entrepreneurs! The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading integrated automated material handling projects across North America. This role oversees the administrative, contractual, technical, and financial components of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance with performance specifications, and adherence to established schedules and budgets. The Senior Project Manager leads cross‑functional teams, manages subcontractor coordination, and maintains accountability for overall project delivery, risk management, and financial outcomes. Your role in our team Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication. Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams and subcontractors, setting priorities and resolving conflicts as needed. Ensure system designs meet all contractual and technical requirements. Develop, maintain, and control the project master schedule to ensure timely completion. Monitor and report project progress on a weekly and monthly basis. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and project participants. Manage risk throughout the project lifecycle and identify opportunities for process improvement. Maintain overall responsibility for the project budget, aiming to deliver results within or below financial targets. Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering collaboration and team development. Perform additional duties as required to support project execution and organizational objectives. Your profile Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field, or possess equivalent industry experience. Have 10+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility, ideally in automation, parcel, warehouse, or similar industries. Proven track record managing large‑scale projects (>$50M) with experience in cross‑functional or international teams. Exhibit strong project planning, execution, and organizational skills, including managing competing priorities, deadlines, and diverse stakeholders. Have experience coordinating subcontractors, managing vendor relationships, and using project scheduling tools and ERP/project management systems. Possess knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills, with attention to detail. Be able to travel up to 50% and work extended hours during critical project phases; PMP, CSM, or similar certification is preferred but not required. Be able to travel domestically and internationally, as required by business needs. Possess, or be able to obtain and maintain, all required travel documentation, including a valid passport where international travel is necessary. Be able to lawfully enter and exit the United States and other countries required for business travel. Not have any legal or regulatory restrictions that would prevent the issuance, renewal, or use of required travel documents, or otherwise limit the ability to fulfill the travel requirements of the role.
