We are seeking a talented and motivated AM Line Cook who takes pride in quality, consistency, and attention to detail. This role is ideal for a cook who thrives in a high-performance kitchen, has a strong foundation in culinary technique, and is eager to continue developing their skills alongside an accomplished culinary team.

What You'll Do

As an AM Line Cook, you will play an important role in preparing for service and supporting the culinary team in delivering the elevated experience that defines CUT by Wolfgang Puck.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and execute daily prep and production according to established recipes, standards, and timelines
• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group standards
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, fruits, sauces, and other ingredients using classical and modern culinary techniques
• Utilize a variety of cooking methods, including sautéing, grilling, roasting, braising, frying, baking, steaming, broiling, and poaching
• Set up and maintain mise en place for daily service
• Complete prep lists accurately and efficiently while maintaining appropriate pars
• Monitor food temperatures and follow proper food safety, cooling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift
• Assist with stocking and organization of walk-ins, dry storage, and other kitchen areas
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team to support smooth and efficient service
• Follow all company standards and applicable local, state, and federal food safety regulations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of professional culinary or line cook experience
• Previous fine dining experience strongly preferred
• Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of classical cooking techniques
• Ability to execute prep and production with accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and hospitality
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and grow within a professional culinary environment
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Must be available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as business demands

Preferred Equipment Experience

Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment, including:

• Pasta machines
• Convection and rotary ovens
• Salamanders and griddles
• Deep fryers
• Steam kettles and braising pans
• Pressureless steamers
• Buffalo choppers
• Commercial mixers and slicers
• Digital scales and woks
