Product Marketing Specialist

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA a plus
• 5+ years of product marketing experience
• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing-facing role
• Experience delivering presentations to customers and prospects
• Experience conducting competitor analysis and market research
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, ClickUp, or similar applications
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Omniture, and Google Analytics
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Instagram
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills
• Healthcare experience is a plus

What the team is looking for:

• Role is primarily focused on the HealthTrust Portal and AI technology .
• Team has frequent releases of new products/features , so strong product launch/GTM experience is important.

  • Updating sales and Business Development collateral
  • Case studies and customer testimonials
  • Marketing collateral
  • Marketing campaigns

• This is true Product Marketing , but there is also a meaningful campaign/launch execution component .

Tools:

• They currently use Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
• Manager is open to candidates with other marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), so don't make Salesforce Marketing Cloud a hard requirement.

Healthcare Experience:

• Healthcare experience is preferred , but not an absolute must-have if the candidate has strong product marketing experience.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Market research/intelligence
• Experience developing/updating sales & marketing collateral
• Strong campaign experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Sales and Business Development

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid
• 2 3 days onsite per week
• Nashville, TN

Contract:

• Initially 12-month contract
• Extension and/or conversion to permanent is possible.

Recruiting Focus:
Prioritize candidates with Product Marketing + Product Launch/GTM + Healthcare/Healthcare Technology + AI/SaaS + campaign + sales enablement/collateral experience.

Strong healthcare technology/product marketing candidates should be prioritized over candidates who are primarily general marketing or digital marketing focused.
