Fleet Client Services Specialist II

Job Description Hourly base pay rate is $18.17 - $27.31 per hour. The rate may vary within the range based on location and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may also include additional compensation such as commission and incentive programs. This is a flexible work option; candidates must live within the specified area and travel within the city, state, or region. The job is located within 160 miles of Allentown, PA. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance transactions from origination until the customer unit is in the custody of the repair technician. Document and record all customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems. Provide excellent customer service on all internal and external calls. Obtain customer approval for all repairs and services. Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance and drive repeat business. Collaborate with Field Operations to schedule technicians, ensuring a positive customer experience. Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance, creating a consistent workflow for technicians. Continuously improve dispatching and service scheduling capabilities. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of related experience. Alternatives: a degree or certification beyond a HS diploma coupled with up to 1 year of experience, or 5 years of related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build positive relationships. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong Excel and data entry skills with the ability to learn new platforms such as Web Wrench, MobileFrame, and RO Writer. Common knowledge of trucking industry and experience with fleet maintenance or automotive/trucking is beneficial. Self‑direction and teamwork skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and exceptional follow‑through. Drug Testing All applicants must pass a pre‑employment drug test.
