Paid training. Opportunity to make a difference in your community. The Position The Aquatics Manager position is responsible for day‑to‑day operations and customer service interactions. Priorities include ensuring the British Swim School program is delivered according to brand and safety standards, instructor team management, initial and ongoing training, customer conversations as well as teaching lessons when necessary. The role also requires due diligence with tracking required certifications for instructors and continuing employee development. Your Typical Responsibilities Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations. Creation of employee schedules and pool lesson schedules. Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents. Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of customer service and/or management experience. Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management is preferred. Aquatics qualification desirable but not required. Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid certifications obtainable during training. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
