Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on functional needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living
- Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to maximize patient independence
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and adaptive strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by the clinic)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

- Occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
- Evidence-based intervention techniques
- Adaptive equipment recommendation and training
- Patient and caregiver education
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
- Accurate documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/BLS certified
