Position Overview

As a Client Relations Specialist at Terramé, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they come in contact with us. We know that first impressions are important, which is why we’re looking for friendly and compassionate people to join our Client Relations team. Your duties will include managing appointments, answering phone calls, and building positive relationships with clients. Your role is key in creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (salon or spa preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly, professional demeanor, and a passion for client satisfaction
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments while ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all clients
• Stay informed about our product lines and services to effectively assist clients
• Maintain a clean and organized retail area, ensuring all products are stocked and organized
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
