We are seeking a person to do data entry to join our team! You will perform clerical functions in order to drive company success. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow into a versatile career within the construction industry!
Responsibilities:
- Perform various general office duties, including typing, copying, scanning, mailing
- Scheduling appointments
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing operating procedures and instructions
- General office tasks
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
- Previous experience in office administration
- Ability to prioritize, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
