We are looking for a dedicated individual for our sales team in the concrete technologies sector, a:

Area Sales Manager (all gender identities) for construction specialties in field sales for eastern Germany

Your sales territory includes Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and partially Thuringia.

Whether you come from the Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig or Erfurt area with your DYWIDAG service vehicle you are flexible and can reach our customers reliably.

You will grow with these tasks:

• Supporting our network of national customers and sales partners
• Consulting construction sites, construction companies and contracting authorities
• Offer and order negotiations
• Coordination with the technical department to define customer-specific product requirements
• Close cooperation with the sales department
• Development and responsibility for the sales budget
• Analysis and reports on product and customer sales statistics
• Contribution to the development and optimization of the existing sales strategy
• Representation of the company at trade fairs

To move us forward, you bring:

• Technical degree (engineer, construction technician, master) and experience in a commercial field
• Proven sales experience, preferably in field sales
• Strong customer and service orientation, along with a technical understanding for selling, offering, and calculating products and system solutions
• Knowledge of sales techniques (value selling / consultative selling)
• Knowledge of DYWIDAG products is desirable
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• MS Office and ERP knowledge, experience with CRM tools
• Very good German language skills, other languages are an advantage
• Communication and negotiation skills, as well as a confident demeanor
• Strategic and customer-oriented focus
• Holistic project management thinking
