To learn about our team, visit us at POSITION SUMMARY Project Manager/Estimator will have responsibilities or roles in billing, change orders, accurate proposals, specification requirements and project scheduling. Responsibilities include: Project Management Build and maintain owner/client relationship Organize tasks to be completed Review and implement HCSS project budgets Code invoices received on the job to proper budget item Track and manage change order work Create and implement project schedule Estimating Estimate project cost using HCSS Develop project takeoff and value engineering Attend pre-bids, pre-jobs and project meetings Review and evaluate job costs and budget with accounting staff Perform assigned tasks in a safe, timely, accurate and efficient manner observing all safety laws, policies and rules BENEFITS Benefit package includes paid vacation, paid sick, and paid holidays, 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), Life/AD&D, short term disability and long term disability, as well as voluntary coverages.
