About the Role: We’re seeking a Licensing Specialist who enjoys managing details, staying organized, and seeing complex processes through from start to finish. This role focuses on administrative project coordination and client communication, making it ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced office environment. You’ll play a key role in guiding healthcare professionals through the state licensing process by managing documentation, communicating with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensuring requirements are met accurately and on time. This position is well‑suited for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates professionally, has strong documentation skills, and enjoys being a dependable point of contact for both clients and teammates.
