Media Buyer (LATAM or Philippines)

We run a portfolio of DTC brands across AU, US, UK, and EU. Meta is our main acquisition channel. We're looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Media Buyer to own performance across multiple brands — actively managing accounts, scaling winners, and working closely with our creative team to keep the testing engine running.

**Position Details**

* **Work Setup:** Fully Remote (Work from Anywhere)
* **Schedule:** Full-Time
* **Brands Managed:** 3+ DTC brands across AU, US, UK, and EU
* **Salary:** USD $1,000–$1,500/month (based on experience and skill level)
* **Candidate Location: LATAM or Philippines**

**Responsibilities**

* Run and scale Meta campaigns across 3+ brands
* Actively manage accounts every week: kill losers, fix zero-spend ads, stack winners into new ad sets, review tests
* Launch and structure creative tests, then feed learnings back to our creative team
* Report clearly on spend, CPA, ROAS, and next actions

**Must Have**

* 2+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience
* Experience spending at scale on 7–8 figure DTC brands
* Strong grasp of current best practices, including account structure, Advantage+, broad targeting, and testing frameworks
* A creative-first mindset: you know what makes an ad work and can brief it
* A proactive way of working, where you optimise without being told
