Operations Manager — Outbound (8x Sales)

8x Social runs end-to-end UGC and creator campaigns for consumer and B2B technology companies across the US, UK, Europe, India, LATAM and the Middle East. We build creator networks per client, produce content at volume, and report on what actually moved the numbers. 8x Sales is our outbound arm. We train people anywhere in the world to become cold callers, then sell the qualified meetings they book to B2B companies. The platform is already built — training modules, AI mock calls and auditions, a parallel dialer, call transcription, automated payouts and lead-supply monitoring. We have run thousands of calls and onboarded callers across India, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa and the Philippines.

What you'll own What the business does not have is anyone who owns it. That is this role. Caller supply and activation. Recruiting callers is the easy half. Most of our drop-off happens between signup and first live call, and closing that gap is the core of the job. Training quality. Our current modules are thin and partly AI-generated. You would rewrite them from experience, not administer someone else's curriculum. Connect rate. Currently around 8%. It needs to be 15% or better. That number becomes yours. Lead supply and cost. Across geographies, including sourcing and quality control. Product direction. You write the spec for what our engineer builds next — you are closest to where the platform breaks. What we're looking for Two years or more of cold calling yourself. Non-negotiable — you cannot manage callers without having been one. Experience managing a team or floor of callers. Whether at a BPO, an agency or in-house. Comfortable being measured. On activation, connect rate and meetings held. Strong written English. And enough US-hours overlap to run live coaching. Self-directed. Nobody will hand you a plan for the first month. This is an operator role, not a closing role — we have people running client calls already. Compensation Base of $1,200–$3,000 per month. Depending on experience and location. Performance bonus. Tied to activated callers and meetings held. A share of contract value. On deals your function sources. The trial week is paid. At a flat rate agreed before you start. Process Intro call with our Chief of Staff, then a paid trial week on a scoped piece of real work, then a call with our CEO, then an offer.
