BUSINESS ANALYST

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our business processes, identifying areas for growth and efficiency, and supporting decision-making through data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and optimize business operations Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights into business performance Identify and monitor trends in the healthcare industry, and make recommendations to adapt to changes Assist with the development and implementation of new business initiatives and projects Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to ensure alignment and understanding of business goals and objectives Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to business analysis and healthcare industry trends Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and trends is a plus Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision Passion for improving processes and driving business growth and efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
