Picker Packer

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker/Packer with a strong interest in long-term placement. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:· Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on pick lists· Prepare shipments by labeling, sealing, and staging packages· Load outbound shipments onto carrier trucks (e.g., FedEx and UPS)· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment· Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines· Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed· Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Qualifications:· High school diploma or equivalent preferred· Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift· Basic math and reading skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment· Strong attention to detail and accuracy· Reliable attendance and punctuality· Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Work Environment:· Warehouse setting with varying temperatures depending on season· May include physically demanding work such as unloading containers· May require use of pallet jacks or other basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
