School Occupational Therapist

School Occupational Therapist providing services to students in a school setting for a 36-week contract in Surprise, AZ. Responsible for assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with educators to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
2. Assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
3. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student success
4. Document progress and adapt interventions as needed
5. Ensure compliance with licensing and school policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Master's degree preferred
• Arizona Occupational Therapist License
• Arizona Identity Verified Prints Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Sensory integration certification preferred
• Valid Social Security Card, college diploma or transcripts
• Willingness to work in a school setting; ability to float and adapt to different school environments
