Litigation Paralegal - Commercial & Employment Litigation Experience: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience Focus: Commercial and Employment Litigation About The Opportunity A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys handling commercial and employment litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all stages of commercial and employment litigation. Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and gather information to support case preparation and strategy. Manage case files, documents, exhibits, and litigation deadlines. Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Prepare and file documents through state and federal e-filing systems. Assist with discovery and document production, including reviewing, organizing, and analyzing documents. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties. Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders. Provide administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and maintaining contact information. Qualifications At least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience. Substantial experience with commercial or employment litigation. Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures and rules of civil procedure. Experience with discovery, document production, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Proficiency with legal research and legal research databases. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology, including document management and e-filing systems. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members. Professional, proactive, and client-service oriented.
