Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation  Per Diem Physicians in the following locations: 

\n

PM&R in San Jose, CA -  PM&R Hourly Range is $160 - $165

\n

PM&R Interventional in San Rafael & Union City, CA -  PM&R Interventional Hourly Range is $194 - $200

\n

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
\n
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
\n
